We hope you are pleased with your École Primaire NYC purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an eligible item, please review the policy below.
Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the date your order was delivered. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, merchandise must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and free of makeup, deodorant, fragrance, odors, stains, or any other indication of wear.
All original École Primaire NYC tags must remain attached in their original manner. Tags must not have been removed and reattached. Any return-security tag supplied with the garment must remain attached and intact.
All original packaging and accessories included with the order must also be returned. École Primaire NYC reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
How to Request a Return
To request a return or exchange, email info@ecoleprimairenyc.com within 14 calendar days of delivery. Please include your order number and the item you wish to return or exchange.
Do not send merchandise without first requesting return authorization.
Domestic Returns
Eligible full-price orders shipped within the United States receive one complimentary prepaid FedEx return label.
After receiving return authorization and the prepaid label, the package must be shipped within seven calendar days. Returns sent using another carrier are the customer’s responsibility, and École Primaire NYC cannot be responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
International Returns
Customers outside the United States are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping, including any duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, or other associated costs.
International returns must be sent using a trackable and insured shipping service. École Primaire NYC cannot be responsible for packages lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
Original shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or when an item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether it has been accepted.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank or payment provider, and it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or when an item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product and size availability. To request an exchange, email info@ecoleprimairenyc.com within 14 calendar days of delivery.
If the requested item is unavailable, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Sale and Final Sale Items
Items marked Sale or Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Incorrect or Defective Items
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, contact info@ecoleprimairenyc.com promptly and include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when applicable.
École Primaire NYC will cover the return shipping cost for merchandise confirmed to be incorrect or defective.
